Senior Marketing Specialist, Global Facilities Management

The selected individual will work with leaders in our Marketing, Communications, and Facilities Management organizations to enhance existing product messages as well as create new, impactful marketing deliverables.
The role includes meeting with Facilities Management leaders and product executives to understand their product, assisting them in developing streamlined communications and branded deliverables around their products (PPT, Word, Web), drafting ideas for graphic designers to help you bring to life, and working with a communications team to bring all items to market.
Sample products / topics addressed will include Energy Management, Technician Training, Building Automation, and Workplace Services. Experience in the building management or general real estate fields is a plus, but not necessary. We are seeking experienced candidates who can bring a fresh perspective and help deliver an elevated outlook reflected in strong marketing collateral for our business.
Primary role objectives: Strategize with FM product leaders on strategies and content for their product marketing needs
Develop strong working relationships with subject matter experts throughout CBRE
Create a wide variety of customized, professional-quality marketing materials to include dynamic
PowerPoint slides, web copy, and succinct / diverse deliverables
Assist with maintaining Facilities Management marketing database/library
Required knowledge & skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Ability to provide efficient, timely and reliable service to internal clients
Ability to comprehend, analyze and interpret documents
Ability to creatively problem solve
Ability to write content for public consumption, internet marketing, RFPs, reports, and articles that follow company-wide standards
Energetic, enthusiastic and people-oriented. Enjoys working with different personalities and can adapt to/accommodate others' working styles while achieving goals and objectives of projects and deliverables
Experience & Qualifications A minimum of 4-years experience in a relevant field i.e. marketing, advertising, communication, public relations, economics or commerce
Intermediate analytical and quantitative skills
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (namely PowerPoint and Word)
Background in commercial real estate or marketing environments
Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics
Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, top management, and client groups to take desired action
