The Marketing/Proposal Coordinator is responsible for leading the firm's ongoing marketing efforts, including managing the proposal process, developing and maintaining the marketing information resources (brochures, project experience, resumes, databases, etc.), and editing, coordinating, and assisting with writing proposals, brochures, press releases, and related business development/marketing materials. Responsibilities: - Organizes, coordinates, and controls activities involved in the preparation of proposals, statement of qualifications and presentations.
- Develops outline and strategy for proposals in conjunction with group leaders.
- Completes and/or directs the completion of government forms, client questionnaires, press releases, etc.
- Coordinates, assembles, and prepares materials needed for client presentations and interviews.
- Maintains and updates marketing information resources (brochures, project experience, resumes, databases, etc.)
- Participates in the design and development of new marketing materials.
- Maintains corporate branding strategies, updates website, and creates content for print and social media
- Maintains CRM database (Deltek Vision).
- Coordinates work with outside vendors.
- Oversees marketing support staff and marketing coordination efforts.
- Assists with firm sponsored events, including trade shows and conferences.
