Senior Manager, Creative Business Development, Trammell Crow Company
Primary Role Objectives
Collects proposal content, presentation content, and Request For Proposal (RFP) responses, presentations, and other interactive marketing and pitch materials and programs for new business development pursuits.
Establishes formal procedures and processes for assisting TCC local offices in the preparation of world- class RFP responses. Specifically:
Creating and maintaining a company-wide knowledge management system including standard written responses, photography and graphics in various formats, including word, indesign, etc. and provides these examples to local offices to aid in their preparation of RFP responses.
Reviewing draft RFP responses as provided by field offices for consistency in company aesthetic and national brand management, and adherence to company branding policies.
Creating a tracking/ROI system for RFPs, including wins and losses.
Coordinating with field offices to ensure sharing of best practices.
Develops client and tenant specific presentation materials, including all marketing materials for the Capital Markets Group.
Develops additional collateral materials for the firm, including fact sheets, case studies, professional profiles, etc.
Works with internal financial/project system, ELITE, to develop ways to integrate the collection of data and information on projects, tenants, construction partners, etc.
Manages printing, production and packaging of marketing materials.
Other duties may be assigned.
Manages national business development function for the firm.

Possess a strong understanding of our business, our competition in the industry and positioning.
Follow the latest trends in developments and stay up-to-date on corporate competitors.
Leverage forward-looking ideas and present out-the-box ideas.
Works closely with national creative manager to ensure compliance with company standards with the company logo and consistency of marketing products.

Experience & Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in a relevant field i.e. graphics design, etc.
A minimum of seven years of experience in creative/graphics design and business development field
Commercial real estate experience preferred
Experience working directly with leadership teams, locally and nationally
Advanced skills in Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator as well as Microsoft Office software programs such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
