This position is responsible to build, plan and lead all digital marketing activities including lead generation and nurturing, marketing automation, email campaigns, SEO, online advertising and social media strategy. This position will work closely with the marketing, sales, and management teams to understand our customers and markets for the purpose of differentiating and expanding the reach of the Power Lift brand.
Duties & Responsibilities:
•Manage marketing budget in coordination with the Director of Sales & Marketing and create a clear strategy to allocate resources to maximize ROI. •Performs research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences. •Designs and implements social media strategy to align with business goals. •Sets specific objectives and report on ROI. •Generates, edits, publishes and shares engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news). •Monitors SEO and web traffic metrics. •Collaborates with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency. •Communicates with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews. •Manage the company’s social presence and elevates profiles on LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and Facebook by creating posts and content for each platform, curating the feeds and building audiences. •Suggests and implements new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions. •Stays up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications. •Develops, maintains, and manages consistent corporate image throughout all marketing and promotional materials and product lines. •Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Degree in Marketing, Digital Technologies, or equivalent experience in a related field.
Demonstrated success and relevant work experience in digital marketing
Computer skills required: Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) at an advanced level required.
Knowledge and experience using Adobe Creative Suite is a requirement.
Knowledge and experience in athletic strength training environment is a plus.
Other skills required:
Proven work experience as a Social media manager.
Hands on experience in content management.
Excellent copywriting skills.
Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video).
Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics.
Knowledge of online marketing channels.
Familiarity with web design.

Analytical and multitasking skills.
