The role is within the engaged team of the APAC Marketing and Branding department, which is key in enabling the Business to Grow.
1.Assist in developing and executing marketing strategy for the APAC Markets, ensuring marketing objectives are in line with business strategy.
2.Assist in the management and execution of Corporate Marketing initiatives including employee and management conference, events etc
3.Manage and track financial spend, ensure proper budget controls and practices, marketing planning portals, surveys, tracking, reports, etc. related to implementation of marketing initiatives, including those initiated by Corporate Sponsorships & APAC Regional Office.
4.Manage external providers or partners where appropriate and any other contractual relationships related to marketing initiatives in APAC Markets
5.Plan and execute structured business and relationship development programs that directly support front staff needs.
6.Ensure high quality execution in line with the "what money cannot buy" ethos.
7.Interface and communicate with key stakeholders, to manage and meet expectations as well as ensure delivery of marketing initiatives in line with business requirements.
8.Provide project support in the implementation of Marketing plan including branding & advertising, events, sponsorship platforms, integrated campaigns, sales support, product marketing, marketing collaterals etc.
9.Be an integral and active member of APAC Marketing & Branding team.
To be considered for the role, you must be able to offer
Essentials Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor degree graduate, preferably in business or marketing, or equivalent
8 years or more marketing experience in multinational corporations, and a good understanding of the financial services industry
Effective collaborator and stakeholder management skills
A team player with proactive orientation and the ability to deliver across multiple work streams at the same time
Strong proficiency in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Ability to adapt to change and work well in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
Competent track-record and high level of quality in delivery and implementation
Effective interpersonal and relationship building skills
