The Education Marketing Manager’s primary objective is to maximize MBI brand awareness, positioning, and effectiveness of recruitment of students for all MBI schools including undergrad, MTS (Chicago and Michigan), online and on-campus studies, and Moody Aviation.

Operate as the point of contact for any and all matters specific to Education marketing initiatives, campaigns, and communications
Collaborates with cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful execution of Education marketing initiatives.
Working in partnership with Marketing and Strategic Communications (MSC) to implement marketing strategies and campaign tactics.
Working closely with the Chief Marketing Officer, develop and Implement annual strategic marketing plans in coordination with the Vice President of Student Enrollment Services for:
Improving and growing enrollments
Improving lead generation and recruitment results
Development of prospective student engagement strategy to optimize “prospect journey” and maximize application rate
Reengagement of alumni to leverage their roles as influencers to improve enrollment for all Moody campuses in accordance with strategic goals for Student Enrollment Services.
Ensuring the Moody Bible Institute name and brand is relevant to our target audience, and all marketing components are on-brand.
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with stakeholders and internal teams, specifically the VP of Student Enrollment and other members of the MBI recruitment and admissions staff.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of Educational Campaign
Partner with Education Web Administrator from Digital Marketing Team to manage and maintain moody.edu website including:
ongoing development and continuous improvement to user-experience
web analytics to measure effectiveness of web properties
search engine optimization for all Moody Schools, student services and alumni.
Broaden marketing funnel and enhance recruiting funnel
Effectively administer project management tools and techniques to document and direct campaign/project activities
Plan and lead education campaign/project related meetings to orient and direct internal cross-functional teams
Collaborate with MSC’s Program Managers to ensure seamless execution of campaign tactics, track project milestones, and deliverables, and communicate campaign/project status to internal and external stakeholders
Identify and mitigate potential campaign/project delays and obstacles, and assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
Review the quality of work completed with internal teams and vendors on a regular basis to ensure success with Prospective Students
Working in coordination with the Education Customer Relationship Management team with the development and implementation, and maintenance of Eloqua the automated marketing cloud and Social Relationship Management (Social Media)
Manage outside vendor relationships in relation to education marketing products and services
Perform other duties as assigned
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing or related field
5 Years of experience managing projects for a non-profit organization, in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams
Excellent listening, written, and oral communication skills
Excellent project management and negotiation skills
Strong problem solver and strategic thinker, setting priorities and establishing processes
Persuasive interpersonal communication skills in directing internal teams and staff to achieve deliverables and objectives, mitigate delays and promote a positive, productive environment.
Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and project management tools (i.e. Basecamp, Gantt Charts, etc)
Able to work in the US legally, without sponsorship
Master’s degree, preferably in marketing or related field
Experienced in the development and execution of strategic marketing plans
Experience managing Creative employees
