The Role Responsibilities & Our Ideal Candidate
1. Governance and risk control for the department - To assist the functional operational risk manager of CABM in coordinating, driving and directing effective compliance and risk management, implementing robust processes and controls to meet all regulatory and internal requirement. - To ensure proper functioning of day-to-day controls by performing periodic assessment and monitoring activities. - To implement and execute the Key Control Self Assessment (KCSA) / Control Sample Testing (CST) processes, sampling and testing the population of controls to ensure compliance with agreed control standards as well as facilitating the monitoring/collection of any Key Control or Risk Indicators (KCIs / KRIs). Recording the assessment results of any non-compliance noted for the execution of testing and/or collation of risk information, root cause analysis and follow up with the required remediation actions. - To conduct regular risk assessment of the key processes - To assist in various internal review and gap analysis regulatory or governance related assessment and to provide support on audit issues - To assist in conducting internal training to department to elevate governance standards and awareness on various risks.
2. Support Sponsorship and Donations procedures governance - To provide day-to-day guidance on procedures compliance to in-country stakeholders to ensure that the sponsorship and donation cases processing comply with policy, and to provide necessary support in case reporting governance.
3. Support and guidance on vendor management, procurement and vendor onboarding for the department
4. Process management and DOI maintenance for the department, and to conduct periodic and regular review on process compliance
