Teach undergraduate sales and marketing courses, such as Professional Selling, Principles of Marketing, Buyer Behavior, Digital Marketing and/or other core marketing courses as per the needs of the department.
Teach effectively by actively engaging students in their learning through face-to-face or blended pedagogies.
Publish scholarly research or creative achievement to enhance knowledge or pedagogy so as to meet AACSB accreditation standards for our teaching focused College of Business.
Participate in professional development activities in order to maintain currency in the primary area of teaching.
Contribute to student learning and development through academic advising and supporting student organizations and activities.
Serve on department, college, university and/or community committees in support of Winona State University's mission to enhance the intellectual, social, cultural and economic vitality of the communities we serve.
Actively support the COB mission and maintenance of AACSB accreditation.
Earned Ph.D or D.B.A with a concentration in marketing or related discipline (ABD considered if completed by August 2020).
Two peer reviewed journal articles in the past five years, an earned doctorate in Marketing or related discipline within the last five years or currently considered professionally qualified by AACSB standards.
Demonstrated effectiveness in teaching sales and marketing.
Skills/ability to design engaging innovative pedagogies that connect students' academic and professional experiences in meaningful ways.
Demonstrated engagement within discipline and with students, faculty, business partners and the community.
