Our International Health Program is designed to provide care to patients who reside in foreign regions. Patients from all over the world come to Cedars-Sinai , which is consistently ranked as one of the top medical centers in the U.S. With expertise in a region and culture, members of the International Health Services team will make a patient's visit to Los Angeles as easy and comfortable as possible, and can assist with everything from travel arrangements to coordinating medical appointments.
Right now, our International Health team is looking for an Associate Director of International Marketing.
What are the primary responsibilities of this role?
Develops and executes strategic marketing plans for defined international markets. Identifies marketing goals and objectives and develops the strategic roadmap to achieve desired results for target stakeholders
Provides strategic and tactical planning and support to achieve target goals through analysis of current market state; trends and opportunities; and development, oversight and implementation of comprehensive marketing plans.
When appropriate, serves as marketing liaison to key clients and leaders (internal and external) to provide guidance on and alignment of specific business unit goals to ensure integration of marketing, business, and clinical activities in support of achievement of those goals in an efficient and effective manner.
Develops project scope (brief), goals and deliverables in collaboration with working team. Evaluates and identifies appropriate methods, tools, vehicles, budget, measurement and implementation tactics to reach plan goals.
Actively participates in development and review of plans and in evaluation of new goals and/or markets
Partners with the Marketing team in establishing advertising , content and call center strategies and tactics
Acts as a team lead to include overseeing the work of others, assigning or allocating work to team, and ensuring tasks are completed according to deadlines and quality standards.
Plans, leads, and directs work of staff to ensure goals and objectives are completed within established budget and deadlines are met.
