This individual will design and execute a variety of projects and multi-faceted campaigns with the marketing and communications department primarily supporting the PreK-12th grade, independent school. Through collaboration with all departments of Teton Science Schools (TSS), our team attracts, inspires and informs participants, employees and donors through a variety of media. Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing and Communications, this position will be an active contributor on a team that creates the visuals and narratives for a nationally-recognized organization serving over 15,000 students annually through transformative, place-based education experiences. Projects are developed with feedback and creative input from a variety of team members to drive enrollment and donor participation.

90% Marketing and Communications Responsibilities • With the support of the Senior Director of Marketing and Communications, lead in the creation of graphic and creative projects for Teton Science Schools and affiliated programs. • Coordinate independent school website, social media and marketing content to align with the organizational brand and subbrands. • Collaborate with other Marketing team members to envision an improved digital presence and connected marketing strategy to attract and retain students and donors. • Collaborate on the development of marketing materials and marketing plans. • Conduct interviews, synthesize breadth of ongoing programs, write and design, digital newsletters for various segments and audiences. • Manage a network of professional support (consultants, contractors, vendors) for design, photo/video, web development and SEO. • Work in partnership with admissions teams, the Development department and school leaders to ensure all content engages participants through storytelling and accurately reflects key messages. • Collaborate on the maintenance of dashboards and analysis of marketing and communications campaigns to determine effectiveness. • Implement workflows for management of internal marketing requests and digital assets including photos and video. • Represent TSS at internal and external events. • Assist with other marketing and communications duties as assigned to support the Marketing team and program areas of TSS.
10% One TSS Responsibilities • Proactively and positively shares the TSS mission and program structure with external stakeholders. • Engages and collaborates across TSS program areas.

• Bachelor's Degree Preferred • Experience developing communications and marketing copy and materials • Ability to create and implement marketing plans and manage marketing-related projects • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, web content management systems and Google Apps • Effective oral and written presentation skills and copy editing • Strong organizational skills and detail oriented • Ability to work well in collaboration with a variety of individuals in a mid-size, fast-paced organization
