Work with Country Marketing Head on creating marketing strategies for the Wealth Management portfolio within Retail Banking, which includes our affluent propositions (Citi Priority, Citigold and Citi Private Client) and bancassurance Also accountable for marketing strategies and campaigns for Debit Card, Savings Account and CitiBiz (SME) customers Lead Brand strategy within the Singapore franchise, championing consistency, relevance and salience of our brand message across all touchpoints, both internal and external Accountable for all Social Media channels, including the development and implementation of our Social Media strategy, on-going optimisation, governance, test and learn initiatives, and championing the role of Social in delivering our overall business objectives Oversee the development of the Content strategy providing a customer-centric framework for communications across channels, leveraging partners to drive reach, relevance and efficiency Drive marketing campaigns with consistent marketing messages across all touch points, to help synergise overall marketing communications and customer experience, ensuring that the customer will receive relevant information from the bank in a coordinated manner with appropriate frequency Lead strategic management level discussions and provide creative leadership to the Marketing team and stakeholders Drive execution of strategic bank-wide/festive campaigns that cut across businesses and across channels; manage customer events for the relevant segments Manage the overall marketing outputs across all marketing channels, for relevant portfolios, along with Product Management teams, test and learn on marketing offers and communication, track and review business result to identify the winning formula Work closely with Product segment heads to ensure quality output with effective execution of the respective products under the segments Support development of succinct communication, drawing from insights and other proactive means of collecting meaningful inputs Proactive management of agency relationship with regards to campaigns, to optimise creative and media output Implementation of robust tracking of all campaigns, including preparing mid-campaign monitoring and optimisation, and post campaign analysis Lead team of Assistant Vice Presidents and Marketing Managers, championing team culture, driving consistent performance and ensuring on-going development of skills, including implementation of any training needs.

Key Competencies Required
At least 12-14 years of experience in strategic marketing communications
At least 3-4 years' experience in Product Management and P&L management preferred
Strategic thinking and analytical skills
Social media management experience
Digital marketing experience is a plus
Ability to work with Global and Regional stakeholders
Good communication and presentation skills
Knowledge of wealth products and the financial industry within the Singapore market or equivalent developed market context preferred.
