Lyxor Asset Management is currently looking for an Institutional Product Marketing Manager based in Paris. Founded in 1998 and fully owned by Societe Generale, Lyxor Asset Management Group is an expert in all investment styles, active, passive and alternative. From ETFs to multi-management, with EUR 140 billion under management and advisory, Lyxor creates innovative investment solutions to meet the long-term challenges of managing savings. Within the Clients, Products & Solutions department, the role of the Institutional Product Marketing Manager is to promote the investment solutions and funds under his coverage to a global institutional investor community. For this particular role, the Institutional Product Marketing Manager will be specialized on dedicated solutions for pension funds, insurance companies and corporates and will work closely with the institutional sales and investment teams. Dedicated solutions include balance sheet management, portfolio protection and overlay, ESG or multi-asset solutions. The position also includes the marketing responsibility of some Lyxor alternative investment funds and a full participation in the team transversal projects.
The core missions for this role include:
Formalize the commercial offering of new solutions including creation of marketing documentation
Prepare the dedicated investment proposals with institutional sales and investment teams
Manage the range of solutions and funds and become a product marketing expert:
Animate the product range with regular updates on portfolios and markets
Innovate to create new types of marketing tools and industrialize our processes
Develop a market intelligence on Lyxor solutions:
Acquire knowledge of local markets and client themes through visits to industry associations, consultants and regulators, participation to conferences and client calls, analysis of public reports
Share the outcome with internal teams with the objective to improve the quality, relevance and visibility of Lyxor solutions
Participate to the other team missions including the coordination of global marketing & sales campaigns and transversal team projects
Profil recherché :
Post-graduate Bac +5 Minimum 3/5 years of experience in the financial services sector, business school or university with a last degree in finance. - One experience in market finance in a marketing position (internship experience accepted)- Knowledge of derivative products- Writing skills in English/French and ability to work in Excel
