We are looking for a skilled and self-motivated marketing professional take on multiple marketing tasks, administrative support, and business development duties for a high-volume retail team. The candidate will be an integral part of a seasoned real estate marketing team located in Indianapolis.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative and Correspondence- Maintain Client and Broker Relations. Maintain Brokers' Schedule and Meeting Invites. Emails – Prospect and Respond to Client Inquiries. Client Interface
Business Development- Track Business Opportunities for Team to Pursue. Property Tour Searches and Complete Preparation of Tour Packages for Clients. Lease Proposals Preparation and Responses. Pitch Presentations. Request for Proposals and Responses. Broker Opinion of Values
Research Responsibilities- Identifying Business Opportunities. Search for Available Properties –ICREX, CoStar, and LoopNet. Interface with CBRE Marketing & Research
Marketing Responsibilities- Design Property Marketing Brochures and Keep Updated. Create and Update Property Marketing Contact Lists. Property Email Blasts – Monitor Stats, Contacts, and Schedules. Monitor Team's CoStar, LoopNet, and ICBR Accounts. Communicate Listings with Brokers. Prepare and Send Out Property and Holiday Mailers. Order and Remove Signage. Communication with Potential Prospects.
Database Management- Maintenance. Updating Contacts. Tracking Prospects. Outlook Contact Management.
Software Knowledge & Training- InDesign, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Campaign Logic. Other Software Knowledge & Training will be Involved.
No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position.
This role requires a business development and administrative professional that can manage, understand, and interpret the multiple functions in high level real estate sales.
This candidate should have strong verbal and written communication skills, financial knowledge, and strong customer service .
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from 2-year college required. 3 years experience providing administrative support to multiple or team of professionals; ability to determine and respond to conflicting priorities preferred. 2 years experience in the Real Estate industry.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, coworkers and/or supervisor. Ability to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees.
Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts and/or commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis. Ability to abstract a lease.
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite, internet research and web publishing skills. Ability to manipulate basic templates in Power Point and/or InDesign preferred. Strong marketing knowledge needed.
