As a Marketing Coordinator, you will work with the Marketing Manager to support the implementation of the business marketing plans and delivering marketing activities to drive exceptional client experiences.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
The Marketing Coordinator will help in translating business requirements into executable marketing plans through but not limited to the following:
Coordinating and managing events from development stages to execution, this will consist of venue searches, creating invitations, tracking rsvps, budget preparation, shipping and packing marketing materials, and ensuring all messages are clearly outlined, communicated and reflected in all activities.
Manage budgets across the events, invoice management and on boarding new vendors.
Delivering the brand by becoming a brand champion and ensuring all branded items (stationary, promo items, etc) are in accordance to the brand guidelines.
Maintenance of the Brand & Marketing internal webpage.
Keeping inventory of the marketing closet of collateral, client gifts and promotional items.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree, preferably in economic and/or marketing
2-3 years in events or marketing planning for a financial institution
Exceptional in attention to details
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (ie: articulate)
Strong experience with Microsoft programs (excel, powerpoint, word)
Negotiation skills (ie: with vendors)
Comfortable in interfacing with senior managers
Is a team player and ready to roll up their sleeves and help where is needed
