Reporting to the President/CEO, the Director of Marketing/Resident Services is a collaborative member of the senior leadership team. The Director provides overall leadership and direction for managing the relationship continuum that attracts prospective residents and supports them as they become members of the Wake Robin Community.
The Director supervises a staff of 5 and is responsible for creating and implementing marketing and PR strategies that generate broad interest in Wake Robin and result in prospective residents moving to Wake Robin. In addition, the Director oversees programming staff and services designed to enhance the Wake Robin experience and support those living in Wake Robin’s independent living neighborhoods.
Candidates will have at least 5-years’ experience in a leadership role in a field related to marketing and/or development, with demonstrated skills in long term relationship cultivation, community building, and familiarity with senior living. This position is highly visible and accessible to members of this resident-centered community. Our candidate will have a commitment to customer service, comfort with public speaking, and a love for highly engaged problem-solving.
