Transamerican Manufacturing Group (TMG) encompasses all the industry leading brands for the manufacturing of Aftermarket Automotive Parts. TMG is comprised of a variety of brands all specializing in the off-road aftermarket industry, including; Pro Comp, Smittybilt, G2 Axle & Gear, Rubicon Express, LRG Rims, Trail Master and Poison Spyder.
We are seeking a Dynamic Group Marketing Directorto join our team! The Group Marketing Directorwill be responsible for the coordination and implementation of all marketing efforts of the associated automotive aftermarket brands. The Group Marketing Director will also collaborate with multiple cross functional team members in departments such as sales, new products, merchandising, internet and operations to ensure a unified approach to the image, communication and strategic direction of the TMG brands. The Group Marketing Director will among other things, continue to refine brand standards, visual assets and tone for the brands and ensure adherence to the same stakeholders. This individual will also be responsible for a team of coordinators and graphic designers specific to supporting TMG for the following brands: Pro Comp- Wheels-Tires-Suspension-Lighting, Rubicon Express, G2 Axle & Gear, Lrg Rims, Smittybilt Products and Poison Spyder.
This individual will report to the President of Transamerican Manufacturing Group (TMG).
This position will be located at our Corporate Office in Compton, CA in the Greater Los Angeles area.
Leads a highly skilled team of marketing designers, projects managers, coordinators in a fast pace environment;
Works with Brand Management to develop the annual marketing planning/budgeting process in support of departmental objectives and business goals per brand;
Provides creative direction for brands including; overall branding, products, packaging, ad campaigns, websites, catalogs, social media campaigns, merchandising, events presentation and promotions;
Outlines and implements new product launch strategies to include messaging, imagery/photoshoot preparation and coordination, collateral requirements, understanding competitive environment, product differentiation and show integration to ensure successful launch;
Manages media relations, sponsorships, events schedules, motorsports programs, advertising and contract negotiations;
Collaborates closely with outside agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure all marketing activities are ‘on brand’;
Develops meaningful marketing materials for the appropriate channels to ensure maximum impact and sales support. This also includes ensuring accurate information, imagery and selling aids are posted in a timely manner to our B2B site to empower our selling organization and customer network;
Tracks, measures and reports on various marketing activities such as; social media, department efficiency, budget vs. actual expenditure, national promotions, free goods etc;

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or in a related field is required;
Must have 10 years of marketing experience in consumer products space with extensive knowledge of current best practices in but not limited to; graphic design, social media marketing, brand building, video production, new product launch execution, sales support, event planning/support, merchandising and project management.
Microsoft Office proficiency (including Outlook; Word; Excel and PowerPoint);
Must have familiarity with Adobe Suite, graphic design, web design and production etc;
Must have ability to travel up to 20%;
Interest in the off-road and automotive industry is preferred;
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills;
Able to manage multiple, complex priorities within demanding time-frames;
Strong analytical, planning and budgeting skills;
Positive mental attitude, team orientation and results driven;
Ability to think creatively and innovatively;
Ability to successfully interact and negotiate with senior staff members concerning business objectives, challenges or recommendations;
