Position Summary: The Marketing Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring all strategic and project-related activities for Loyalty and Mobile App related activities are delivered in an accurate and timely manner. The successful candidate will work well across the enterprise, coordinating activity between AutoZone teams, agency resources and 3rd party service providers.
Work closely with and support the Marketing Manager, Loyalty.
Lead direct mail related project initiatives through collaboration with AutoZone, agency and vendor teams
Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure that key project milestones are met, and that required teams are engaged as needed to maintain agreed upon project schedule
Execute strategic and tactical plans coordinated among cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive, omni-channel loyalty campaigns
Work cross-functionally among AutoZone, agency and vendor teams as a single touch point on all Loyalty/Mobile App project knowledge
Engage with Ecomm, Commercial and Marketing teams as needed to develop go-to-market strategies for projects which are collaborative, and which meet the needs of all stakeholder departments
Obtain legal and financial approval for loyalty related projects and programs
Interact with pricing and operations as needed to ensure seamless execution of promotional offers
Acting as project manager to develop additional loyalty and mobile app channels/opportunities to drive sales.
Develop regional and seasonal marketing plans to position our brand against the competition
Position Skills and Requirements:
BA/BS Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field
2 years of experience in business project management, with knowledge of processes, trends and best practices
Experience in managing multiple priorities simultaneously, taking projects from conception through strategy and finally launch
Excellent time management, organization and communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
Skilled at working across teams to produce collaborative results that meet the needs of all stakeholders (including external agency and vendor teams)
Strong analytical skills with ability to apply to business decision making
A drive for execution and positive results
Advanced MS Office (e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Experience in loyalty, mobile app, email marketing, SMS marketing, direct mail and/or CRM management preferred
