The ChamSys Marketing Manager leads the execution of tactical marketing plans aligned with brand development objectives and in support of the organization’s strategic goals. A passionate steward of the ChamSys brand, will develop and oversee marketing initiatives that build congruency, awareness and equity for the ChamSys brand and support the company’s sales growth objectives. This role requires a roll-up-the-sleeves leader with the ability to think globally and strategically while acting with a start-up, entrepreneurial mindset. The ChamSys marketing Manager collaborates with executives, and directs creative teams and content producers to coordinate integrated campaigns that are scalable globally. Job Requirements: ? Execute and oversee all tactical marketing activities for the ChamSys brand, globally. Provide key feedback in the development of global strategic marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives for ChamSys branded products. ? Develop and manage budgets to meet organizational, branding, marketing and sales objectives in consultation with the executive team, product sales and other marketing managers. Evaluate the cost effectiveness of marketing initiatives and take corrective action to ensure that the achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets. ? Plan, direct, produce and oversee global advertising, public relations and promotion activities using print, online, electronic media and direct mail. ? Oversee or produce all branding and marketing creative and content collaterals for the ChamSys brands. Establish and maintain a consistent corporate image and cohesive messaging throughout all websites, product lines, promotional materials and events. ? Assist in the development and recommend product positioning, packaging, training programs, trade show presentations and promotional communications for the ChamSys brand of products. ? In collaboration with others, support ChamSys websites, social media, ecommerce, SEO, PPC and other web related initiatives. ? Participate in the development of marketing plans for new products and the coordination of marketing activities with product availability. ? Gather and evaluate market intelligence, and adjust marketing strategy to meet objectives as well as changing market and competitive conditions. ? Prepare and present marketing activity reports to the executive team. ? Represent the company and ChamSys brands at tradeshows and events. ? Build and maintain strong relationships with the media, key industry professionals and the global network of ChamSys dealers, representatives and distributors. ? Provide and present training materials and brand guidelines to ensure the alignment of communication tactics across channels of distribution. ? Plan, negotiate, obtain, leverage and publicize corporate partnerships, cross-marketing, and product placements in high profile applications around the word. ? Work collaboratively with other departments and subsidiaries to ensure an overall consistency and cohesiveness of our corporate brand and maximize the efficient use of marketing resources ? Other duties including management of direct reports, as assigned. ? Frequent travels, including overseas and at times on short-notice, are a requirement
Qualifications: ? Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. ? Demonstrated record of successfully building marketing campaigns from concept to launch with tangible result ? Ability to partner with creative design and communications teams to develop scalable brand building content and integrated inbound and outbound campaigns using both “traditional” and digital marketing tools and processes ? Outstanding communication and presentation skills ? Critical thinking and problem-solving skills ? Analytical skills to uncover opportunities ? Detailed-oriented, roll-up-your-sleeve mindset, able to execute projects and plans at a granular level ? Entrepreneurial mindset that allows you to function equally well independently as well as collaboratively ? Strong project management skills ? Relevant experience in all aspects of digital marketing including social media, SEO and web analytics ? Ability to rapidly develop a keen understanding of relevant technologies in the market segment, a must. ? Ability to lead and work collaboratively in a high pressure, deadline driven environment ? Global Brand Building Experience, Community building experience preferred ? Must complete Chauvet University Modules 1-6 and basic DMX programming training on a ChamSys console.
