Reporting to the Executive Vice President of External Affairs and Strategic Initiatives, the Vice President of Marketing will oversee National Church Residences’ marketing strategy and its execution, including but not limited to, the marketing strategy and tactics of the various service lines within the organization.
Serve as Vice President of Marketing, providing support in the areas of marketing strategy and management for the overall organization and each respective service line
Develop and implement the annual marketing plan and the strategies, tactics and resources necessary to achieve organizational and service line goals
Oversee and provide direction concerning market and competitor analysis
Create an organization-wide marketing reporting function that can track, measure and analyze performance.
Provide marketing skills and expertise by helping each respective service line develop a marketing team capable of carrying out the necessary marketing strategies and tactics to achieve performance goals.
Ensure all marketing communications are coordinated, support marketing plan objectives and are an effective use of financial and human resources.
Oversee service-line marketing, channel marketing, online marketing, assessment of potential markets, and marketing communications.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in related field
Minimum of 5 years in healthcare marketing – preferably experience in Independent Living/Assisted Living marketing
