Job Description
Bingham Memorial Hospital is the hub of a progressive healthcare system located in the outdoor paradise of southeast Idaho. We are searching for a brilliant, energetic creative who will bring fresh ideas, superb design, quality production, and a defined direction to the creative work of our growing organization. This fast-paced healthcare environment is driven by teamwork, intuitive thinking, personal accountability, and the passion we have to provide quality and compassionate care to all who enter our facilities.

Our new Creative Director will work hands on to design and produce marketing materials required for Bingham Memorial Hospital’s physicians, services, events, and brand. The Creative Director must maintain exceptionally high creative standards, and produce flawless materials that “wow,” while remaining aware of and completing all project goals, deadlines, and budgets.

The Creative Director is responsible for the design and production of Bingham Memorial Hospital’s creative output. The person in this position will work hands on to complete projects from idea and concept development all the way to publication. •Initiate and stimulate creative ideas. •Develop creative programs and campaigns. •Brainstorm, design layouts, coordinate photography and artwork, edit and proof. •Work in all stages of the creative process. •Develop and produce materials for newspapers, magazines, television, posters, radio, etc. •Produce materials that meet our business objectives, and advance the brand strategy. •Translate branding and marketing goals into brilliant creative strategies. •Manage and evaluate the creative work and compatibility of any outside partners. •Prepare demos and presentation mock-ups. •Ensure deadlines are met both internally and externally. •Drive constant improvement to creative materials by challenging and introducing new and innovative methods of creative execution. •Maintain consistently high standards of creative works and production. •Ensure corporate creative remains leading edge and ahead of competition. •Establish, maintain and enforce corporate creative standards. •Work collaboratively with others.

NOTES:
Additional Salary Information: Negotiable, depending on experience.


Requirements
The Creative Director applicant must have an online portfolio of high quality work showcasing a strong design background. All applicants must submit a link to their online portfolio and resume. Resume’s without a portfolio will not be considered. Experience in healthcare is not required.

•Degree in a design or fine arts related field. •5+ years relevant experience. •Exceptional creative and innovative thinking. •Demonstrate a solid understanding of graphic design, layout, and design theories. •Ability to design breakthrough creative pieces, large-scale creative projects, and campaigns. •Maintain a sophisticated design style that appeals to a variety of adult audiences. •Work well under pressure. •Be a creative problem solver. •Ability to manage multiple requests, projects and priorities. •Ability to prioritize workflow based on a constantly changing, fast-paced environment. •Proven track record of innovative thinking and project execution. •Possess an obsessive attention to detail. •Ability to work within strict deadlines. •Ability to work on a project from concept to completion. •Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and MS Office applications. •Confidence to present, sell, and defend your creative concepts and designs. •Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. •Must be able to translate an idea/concept into a design. •Must be adaptable to changing technology and restrictions, design challenges, deadlines, and project requirements. •Proven track record of accomplishment and work ethic. •Ability to work successfully with different departments, skill sets and personalities. •Passion, Integrity, Energy, Creativity!!
