The POS Implementation Manager is responsible for directing and coordinating activities of the Aloha Implementation, Menulink and Training Departments. POS Implementation Manager must utilize resources such as people, materials, space, and communication to meet pre-defined sales objectives. Candidate is responsible for the overall completion and execution of projects with traditional tools for planning, delegation, tracking progress, managing documents and documenting both billable and non-billable time. Responsible for outlining expectations for direct reports.
A successful POS Implementation Manager must be able to envision the entire project from start to finish and to have the ability to ensure that this vision is realized.
POS Implementation Manger has been assigned Major Accounts as well as written documentation, training tools and guides, conducts meeting of the Aloha Point of Sale software package or equivalent. POS Implementation Manager is responsible for department actions and successful completion of all documentation, installations, trainings, and certifications for all department members. Responsible for the creating of procedures and policies and adhering to guidelines set forth by upper management.
